Pulmonary Program

Bridgemoor Transitional Care and Respiratory Health Services have partnered to provide advanced therapeutic treatment for individuals with complex respiratory problems. Our highly trained staff will provide the comprehensive medical attention you need in a successful pulmonary program and services including ventilator weaning.

Respiratory Health Services co-created the original model of respiratory care for the post-acute industry in 1991. Their experience in respiratory care, management’s expertise, and therapists’ credentials and dedication are recognized as superior in the industry.

Admission Process and Criteria 

  • Bridgemoor Respiratory Therapist will evaluate you on-site for appropriateness of admission.
  • You must be age 22 or older.
  • Your discharge plan goal includes returning home.
  • You should be willing and able to participate in a comprehensive plan of care including respiratory treatments, modalities and active rehabilitation.
