Mary Faith Sterk
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Bridgemoor Transitional Care
Mary Faith has extensive experience in health care as a leader and innovator in developing integrated systems of care and as a direct practice social worker. As vice president of strategic initiatives, Mary Faith is responsible for leading systems integration and workflows, staff orientations, education and engagement, patient experience through the continuum of care, as well as the development of strategic systems that support patients, providers and payers.
She has developed expertise over the years through her work with Remington Medical Resorts, Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Williamson County and Cities Health District, Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, as well as other major health care systems in Texas.
Mary Faith is a graduate of Southwestern University and received her master’s degree in social work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She serves on the board of health for the Williamson County and Cities Health District and is the current chair of The Georgetown Project, a social services organization that provides resources to youth in Georgetown, Texas.
