Vice President of Human Resources, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


Shelley joined Bridgemoor Transitional Care as vice president of human resources in April 2019. In this role, she is responsible for developing and managing the human resources strategies and programs for the organization.

Prior to joining Bridgemoor, Shelley worked for ValentineHR, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP; and St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, Texas. She possesses more than 19 years of progressive human resources experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, compensation, performance management and policy implementation.

Shelley received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Texas State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and has her SHRM-CP certification.

James “Coy” Tow

James “Coy” Tow

Vice President of Post-Acute Transitions, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


James “Coy” Tow is a 20-year veteran of the skilled nursing industry. As vice president of post-acute transitions, Coy is responsible for overseeing the development of strategic relationships, business development and the patient experience from the moment a patient is transferred to Bridgemoor to the moment they are able to return home.

Before joining Bridgemoor Transitional Care in April 2019, Coy oversaw sales and marketing for a network of facilities in 12 states for PCPMG Consulting. These facilities offered independent living, assisted living, skilled services, long-term care, behavioral health, memory care, intellectually challenged adult programs, and a wide variety of specialty programs focused on diagnosis-specific services. Prior to this, he was director of business development for Cantex Continuing Care Network, which manages skilled nursing facilities providing both long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services.

Coy grew up in New Mexico and traveled during his college years with the internationally known service organization called Up with People. Coy has owned his own businesses, spent many years in franchising, and has an extensive background in training and development, sales and marketing, and non-profit development. Coy enjoys being outdoors with his family and has traveled extensively throughout the world.

Keith Wilkinson

Keith Wilkinson

Vice President of Finance, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


Keith Wilkinson is a veteran accounting and finance executive who has been with Bridgemoor Transitional Care since 2017. As vice president of finance, he drives the financial performance of the company, oversees data analytics and manages investor and creditor relationships.

Prior to joining Bridgemoor, Keith worked for McLane Company, a $50B distribution company and Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. His responsibilities included tax planning, pricing models, competitive intelligence, data analytics and other ad hoc project management for the Special Operations Group of the Accounting and Finance Department.

Keith received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of International Affairs from Texas A&M University. He also studied at Moscow State University.

Kristi Harral

Kristi Harral

Vice President of Clinical Operations, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


Kristi Harral has been with Bridgemoor Transitional Care since 2017, when she accepted a position as chief nursing officer. In August 2018, she was promoted to vice president of clinical operations. Kristi’s responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day clinical operations for quality and effectiveness, program planning and education processes. Kristi also oversees physician credentialing and Joint Commission Accreditation for all Bridgemoor locations. She is extremely passionate about maintaining the highest quality of care for patients to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.

Kristi’s multifaceted 35-year career includes working as a paralegal for medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases and as a legal nurse consultant. Most of her nursing career has been spent in the acute care setting as an ICU nurse. Her previous management roles in the clinical setting included director of quality and risk management, house supervisor and director of nursing.

Kristi received a Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Health Care Administration in 2015 and completed her doctorate in nursing in 2018. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Phi Nu Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing. She is also a member of Sigma Alpha Pi, the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Joyce Fritz

Joyce Fritz

Senior Vice President, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


Joyce Fritz is a 25-year veteran of the skilled nursing industry. As senior vice president, Joyce is responsible for all day-to-day operations and strategic operational initiatives.

Before joining Bridgemoor Transitional Care in 2016, Joyce was strategically involved in the conception and development of Remington Medical Resorts, a transitional care enterprise in Texas. Prior to this, she was a key player in the development of TRISUN Healthcare, which managed skilled nursing facilities in Texas providing both long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services. During her tenure at TRISUN, she helped grow the organization to more than 3,000 employees in five years.

Joyce received a Master of Science and doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Texas A&M University. She is heavily involved in Central Texas community organizations including the YMCA of Greater Williamson County and the Whitlow Task Force Benefiting Capital IDEA.

Scott Ruff

Scott Ruff

Vice President of Technology, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


Scott has over 30 years of experience in high-tech industries including health care, and served in engineering and technical management roles at four Fortune 500 companies before joining Bridgemoor Transitional Care in 2016. As vice president of technology, Scott is responsible for company-wide technical strategies and IT systems. Bridgemoor is dedicated to leading the use of technology for improved health care services and outcomes, and his leadership in these areas is paramount.

Prior to joining Bridgemoor, Scott served as chief operating officer and chief technology officer at Remington Medical Resorts. He led company-wide technical strategies that enabled 100% electronic case files, company-wide use of mobile point-of-care systems and several proprietary systems. Serving as a leader of the health care operations, human resources, information technology, and corporate planning groups, Scott helped to enable Remington’s vision, strategy, and innovation by managing prioritization, decision ownership, effective resource alignment, measurement, and accountability across the organization.

Earlier in his career, Scott worked at Apple, Hitachi, Motorola and NEC corporations in technology and leadership positions. He won numerous awards including the world-wide Pinnacle award for outstanding achievement while at NEC corporation for cost saving and technology innovation.

Mark Fritz

Mark Fritz

President, Bridgemoor Transitional Care


As health care has evolved over the past several decades, there are recognized leaders who consistently innovate by introducing new models of care that serve the greater good; Mark Fritz is one of those recognized leaders. A 30-year veteran of skilled nursing, he has pioneered transitional care with outstanding outcomes.

Mark began his career in development and construction of long-term care facilities and soon transitioned to operations in the 1990s. In 1999, he began incorporating short-term care into his skilled nursing operations. Shortly thereafter, he cofounded TRISUN Healthcare as CEO. TRISUN successfully incorporated therapy, pharmacy and hospice operations in an integrated network of numerous skilled nursing facilities.

In 2006, Fritz founded Remington Medical Resorts where he focused 100% of his attention on building a short-term care model with unprecedented outcomes. After years of success at Remington, Mark was recruited in 2016 to develop the operations of Rapid Recovery Centers of Texas and expand the short-term care model throughout the state.

As the founder and president of Bridgemoor Transitional Care, Mark is doubling down on the clinical excellence of Rapid Recovery Center and driving results for patients, providers and payers as the landscape of health care delivery continues to evolve.
