President, Bridgemoor Transitional Care
As health care has evolved over the past several decades, there are recognized leaders who consistently innovate by introducing new models of care that serve the greater good; Mark Fritz is one of those recognized leaders. A 30-year veteran of skilled nursing, he has pioneered transitional care with outstanding outcomes.
Mark began his career in development and construction of long-term care facilities and soon transitioned to operations in the 1990s. In 1999, he began incorporating short-term care into his skilled nursing operations. Shortly thereafter, he cofounded TRISUN Healthcare as CEO. TRISUN successfully incorporated therapy, pharmacy and hospice operations in an integrated network of numerous skilled nursing facilities.
In 2006, Fritz founded Remington Medical Resorts where he focused 100% of his attention on building a short-term care model with unprecedented outcomes. After years of success at Remington, Mark was recruited in 2016 to develop the operations of Rapid Recovery Centers of Texas and expand the short-term care model throughout the state.
As the founder and president of Bridgemoor Transitional Care, Mark is doubling down on the clinical excellence of Rapid Recovery Center and driving results for patients, providers and payers as the landscape of health care delivery continues to evolve.
