James “Coy” Tow
Vice President of Post-Acute Transitions, Bridgemoor Transitional Care
James “Coy” Tow is a 20-year veteran of the skilled nursing industry. As vice president of post-acute transitions, Coy is responsible for overseeing the development of strategic relationships, business development and the patient experience from the moment a patient is transferred to Bridgemoor to the moment they are able to return home.
Before joining Bridgemoor Transitional Care in April 2019, Coy oversaw sales and marketing for a network of facilities in 12 states for PCPMG Consulting. These facilities offered independent living, assisted living, skilled services, long-term care, behavioral health, memory care, intellectually challenged adult programs, and a wide variety of specialty programs focused on diagnosis-specific services. Prior to this, he was director of business development for Cantex Continuing Care Network, which manages skilled nursing facilities providing both long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services.
Coy grew up in New Mexico and traveled during his college years with the internationally known service organization called Up with People. Coy has owned his own businesses, spent many years in franchising, and has an extensive background in training and development, sales and marketing, and non-profit development. Coy enjoys being outdoors with his family and has traveled extensively throughout the world.
